Story
Our company began with five veterans who saw a gap in the way businesses were being supported. After years of serving in the military, we wanted to create something that gave other veterans the chance to keep growing — not just with a job, but with a real career path.
We’d all worked in high-pressure environments where problem-solving wasn’t optional — it was survival. That mindset translated perfectly into IT support. We knew we could offer small and mid-sized businesses something better than long wait times, offshore call centers, and cookie-cutter solutions.
Hotline Helpdesk is our way of continuing to serve — this time, by helping businesses stay secure, efficient, and productive. We're still a small, tight-knit team, and we take pride in doing things the right way: clear communication, fast support, and real relationships built on trust.
